Superstorm 服务条款

使用 Superstorm 即表示你同意本条款。Superstorm 提供智能对话、文件与多媒体处理、跨设备任务、提醒通知以及经用户授权的本机或第三方工具操作。

账号与使用权限

你应提供准确的账号信息、妥善保管登录凭证，并对账号内发起的操作负责。不得绕过权限、访问他人数据，或将服务用于违法、侵权、欺诈及破坏系统安全的活动。

内容、文件与结果

你保留对合法上传内容的相应权利，并确认有权要求系统处理这些内容。生成结果可能需要人工核验；用于发布、商业决策、法律、医疗或财务场景前，应由你确认其准确性和适用性。

工具操作与第三方平台

涉及发布、删除、付款、群发或其他高影响操作时，Superstorm 会按照产品设计请求确认或使用你已授予的权限。第三方平台的可用性、账号状态和规则由相应平台决定。

服务可用性

我们会持续维护服务，但网络、设备、第三方接口或计划维护可能造成暂时不可用。离线时，云端任务会明确暂停并排队；本机处理会明确标注，不会伪装成云端结果。

终止与联系

严重违反本条款、影响其他用户或系统安全时，我们可以限制或终止服务。条款问题请联系：huanghe0932@gmail.com。

Superstorm Terms of Service

By using Superstorm, you agree to use the service lawfully, protect your account credentials, and provide only content you are authorized to process. Superstorm supports intelligent conversations, file and media processing, cross-device tasks, notifications, and user-authorized local or third-party tool actions.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication or material decisions. High-impact actions may require confirmation and remain subject to the connected platform's rules and availability. Cloud tasks pause and queue when offline; local processing is identified clearly and is not presented as a cloud result.
