Superstorm 提供智能对话、内容与文件处理、项目协作、提醒通知以及经用户授权的工具调用服务。本政策说明我们在提供服务时如何处理和保护信息。

我们处理的信息

根据你使用的功能，我们可能处理账号标识和联系方式、设备与推送标识、公司或项目信息、你输入的消息、上传的图片、音视频和文件、生成结果、功能使用记录及支持沟通内容。

信息用途

这些信息用于登录和跨设备同步、完成你请求的对话与工作、保存项目及生成结果、发送你主动设置的提醒或任务完成通知、保障服务安全、排查故障和改进体验。

第三方服务

当功能需要或经你授权时，Superstorm 可能调用云基础设施、智能模型、存储、搜索、社交平台或发布工具等服务。我们仅为完成你请求的操作传递必要信息，并要求相关服务按照其适用条款和隐私规则处理数据。

存储、安全与保留

账号、对话、项目文件与生成结果可能保存在 Superstorm 服务器和你使用的设备上，以支持跨设备继续工作。网络请求使用安全连接；我们采取合理的访问控制和技术措施防止未经授权的访问、泄露、篡改或丢失。信息仅在提供服务、履行法律义务或解决争议所需期间保留。

你的选择与权利

你可以在系统设置中管理通知权限。你也可以联系我们申请访问、更正、导出或删除账号及相关数据；我们会在核验身份后按照适用规则处理。

Superstorm Privacy Policy

Superstorm provides intelligent conversations, content and file processing, project collaboration, reminders, notifications, and user-authorized tool actions. Depending on the features you use, we may process account identifiers and contact details, device and push identifiers, messages, uploaded media and files, generated outputs, project information, usage records, and support communications.

We use this information to authenticate users, synchronize work across devices, complete requested tasks, store projects and outputs, deliver user-created reminders or task-completion notifications, protect the service, troubleshoot issues, and improve the experience.

When necessary or authorized by you, Superstorm may use cloud infrastructure, intelligent model providers, storage, search, social platforms, or publishing tools. We provide only the information needed for the requested operation. We do not sell personal information.
